OUR MISSION

Jackson Leadership Foundation is a Christ-centered 501c3 dedicated to the spiritual and economic transformation of Jackson’s under-resourced communities through the empowerment of leaders, development of ministries, and networking of volunteers and donors. We are a part of the Leadership Foundation Network, a network of 42 Leadership Foundations throughout the world with over 40 years of experience serving cities.

OUR VISION

We envision a Jackson filled with thriving, well-equipped, well-networked, and well-resourced ministries that are spiritually and economically transforming Jackson’s under-resourced communities. We envision the church in the metro area working together to give Jackson’s ministry leaders the support they need to be all they need to be to transform their community.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

There are many institutions doing positive work within Jackson’s inner-city communities. Schools, businesses, law enforcement, and government agencies to name a few. There is also another group at work within these communities at the grassroots level.

God has placed ministry leaders within every inner-city community in Jackson. These leaders know their communities. They know who lives within them. They know the problems they face and they are committed to being a part of the solution. They are gifted at meeting the needs of their communities.

BUT THEY NEED HELP!

The demands of ministry are overwhelming and leave little time for ministry leaders to perform the necessary tasks to manage and grow their organizations. This is where Jackson Leadership Foundation steps in.

Jackson Leadership Foundation partners with ministry leaders to provide resources and services that the leaders need to develop as leaders and grow their organizations.

Jackson Leadership Foundation also partners with churches, families, and mission-minded organizations in Jackson’s resourced communities to help them make a difference in Jackson’s inner-city communities.
