THE BARNABAS PROJECT
Our mission is to equip young leaders with a biblical mind, loving heart, and determined will to serve their communities.
ABOUT THE BARNABAS PROJECT
Every city needs leaders who are grounded in faith and committed to service. The Barnabas Project exists to raise up the next generation of those leaders.
This 9-month fellowship is designed for young adults who want to grow spiritually, lead with purpose, and make a difference where they live. Fellows are equipped through theological training, hands-on service, and mentorship within a supportive community of peers and leaders.
The program is inspired by Barnabas, a biblical leader known for his encouragement and commitment to others. Fellows follow his example by stepping into their own calling — to serve, support, and lead in ways that bring lasting change.
The Barnabas Project is part of a national network through Leadership Foundations. When you join the fellowship, you become part of a broader movement of leaders working together for the spiritual and social renewal of cities across the country.
If you’re ready to grow in faith, build real relationships, and lead with purpose, the Barnabas Project was made for you.
